UltraLooner is a passion project – not Amazon Prime. I usually pack and ship your orders on Fridays or weekends. 💌
DHL delivers within Germany in 2–3 days; to the rest of Europe, it sometimes takes a bit longer. Thanks for your understanding & patience – your package comes with extra ❤️.
📦 My Order Hasn't Arrived Yet
Don’t panic! 😎 As I run the shop as a hobby, delays can sometimes occur. If your order hasn't arrived after a few days, just contact me via Instagram or email.
Within DE: approx. 2–3 days. EU: a bit longer. If it takes significantly longer – write to me, and we'll sort it out.
💳 Refunds Possible?
Sure – but with a few rules. Just send the items back unopened & in their original condition, then you'll get your money back.
Important: Balloons are single-use hygiene products. Therefore, I cannot accept opened packages back. Thanks for your understanding! 🙏
🎈 Problem with Your Order or Damaged Balloons?
Oops! That shouldn't happen, of course. If balloons are damaged or something went wrong, please send me a direct message – preferably with a photo.
I'll find a solution: replacement or refund. Your fun with the loons comes first – no worries. 😉
