1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the online shop of

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay”, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. You will receive immediate email confirmation of your order. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
A contract is only concluded upon our explicit order confirmation in text form (e.g., via email).
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All stated prices are final prices including statutory value-added tax (where applicable).
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs apply. The amount of shipping costs is variable and will be clearly indicated during the order process.
4. Delivery and Delivery Conditions
We deliver worldwide, with the exception of certain countries where shipping is not possible due to legal, logistical, or security reasons.
Shipping takes place exclusively on weekends. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and will be specified during the order process or in the order confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment is processed via our payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The following payment methods are generally available (depending on availability during the order process): Credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (Klarna), Giropay, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Payment processing is exclusively carried out via an encrypted connection through Mollie.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights for defects apply.
Claims for damages are excluded, unless we have acted with intent or gross negligence.
Excluded from this exclusion of liability are claims for injury to life, body, or health, as well as claims arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
9. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely for contracts concerning the delivery of
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., our sealed balloon packaging).

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships with entrepreneurs is the company’s registered office in Lebach, Germany.
11. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
