Shipping times with DHL usually take 2-3 days within Germany, while deliveries to other European countries may take a bit longer. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated!

Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-3 days with DHL, while shipping to other European countries can take a bit longer. If your order hasn't arrived within this time frame, please contact me, over Instagram or Mail and I'll do my best to assist you.

If you need a refund, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned in its original condition.
