(1) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will be made within 5 working days at the latest. In the case of payment by advance payment, the delivery period begins the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline will be extended to the next working day.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
